Return Policy
We hope you love what you ordered, but if you’re not happy, we’re not happy. You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Free Returns
We offer free returns to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. If you need to return an item, please email us at orders@peoplenplanet.com or use the Contact Us link at the bottom of our page. Include your order number in the subject line and a brief description of the issue. If there are any issues, we’ll reach out; otherwise, we’ll email you a free return label.
Damaged or Wrong Items
We want your order to arrive just right. If it shows up damaged due to shipping or isn’t what you ordered, let us know right away. We'll evaluate the situation and make it right by sending the correct item and giving you a free label to return the original.
Exchanges
Currently, we don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item(s) you don’t want and place a new order for what you’d like instead.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds may take up to 3 weeks to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 3 weeks have passed and you don't see the refund, please contact us at orders@peoplenplanet.com.
Sustainability Note
In the spirit of being greener, we encourage you to reuse the original packaging or any other packaging you have laying around when sending items back, and to limit or consolidate returns whenever possible.
We’re also working to automate our return process and look forward to rolling it out soon.
